For the Glory of YHWH

Comfort ye my people

Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort (2 Corinthians: 3).

Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God. Speak ye comfortable to Jerusalem and cry unto her that warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned: for she hath received of the Lord’s hand double for her sins (Isaiah 40: 1-2).

At this time, the peoples of this world are seeking comfort in all sorts of ways. The western civilisation has been alerted to its fragility once again, when previously ‘reliable’ things like jobs, travel, bank accounts and even the provision of food, are now proven not to be secure. Of course for those people across the globe whose lives prior to this most recent pandemic were drenched in poverty and other forms of persecution, their pain is being compounded.

There is I believe a deep yearning in the human soul for comfort.

This begins with the physical needs that are presented to us in whatever stage of human existence we find ourselves in – financial difficulty through the impact of the virus on your business perhaps, or having extreme difficulty in now providing food for your young family and cover all the household bills; or maybe you have been unjustly imprisoned in a country or region where your passionately held beliefs are suppressed and outlawed.

However there is a comfort that we all need, one that transcends the physical, reaching deep into our souls. This is the comfort only God can give through Jesus Christ who is the God of all comfort.

The Apostle Paul goes on to say in his letter to the Corinthians that God comforted him in his tribulations so that he could then in turn comfort those which are in any trouble. I know there are many, many people who right at this moment in time, comforting those other who are in troubles, like the thousands of NHS workers who have stepped up to help the patients affected. I know also of many people that as a lifestyle devote their lives to helping others in need, even at the detriment to their own reputations and position.

It would be easy to consider our own generation as quite unique and experiencing more difficult and extreme hardships that occurred in previous generations. This is not the case of course. The prophet Isaiah living approximately 2,760 years ago, gave clear words from the Lord about the fragility of the human existence – “….all flesh is as grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field: the grass shall wither, the flower shall fade: because the spirit of the Lord blowers upon it: surely the people is grass.” (Isaiah 40:8).

God wanted Isaiah to comfort the people and speak comfortably to Jerusalem – I believe God still wants us to do the same today in 2020 and beyond – ‘to prepare the way of the Lord, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.’

May we all seek the strength and willingness to comfort the people in our own sphere of influence, and remember to speak comfortably to Jerusalem at every opportunity, for in doing this God will release his blessings upon all.

Altar of Sacrifice – Living in Your Holiness

March 9th 2020 – Feast of Purim

When a situation seems irreversible, or impossible, this is when our supernatural, spiritual God can overturn events and change things. He speaks to the hearts of men and women influence the destiny of others.

We find this in the story of Esther in the bible where the sealed decree by the King was going to release complete destruction of the Jewish people in the land and provinces. Evil was being facilitated through the person Haman to do this, but God intervened and spoke to the King. The ‘tables were overturned’ and the Jewish queen Ester found extreme favour with the king. Mordecai was promoted and Haman was given the punishment he had intended for Mordecai.

The Jewish nation has celebrated this victory every year ever since at this time in the last month of the Jewish year – Adar.

Lets all believe in the power of God to overturn impossibilities and let us see with eyes of faith, for all the people and situations around us, that Gods purpose and destiny for our lives will come to pass.

Song of Fire – 03/03/2020

Currently in the studio recording the first track of my new album “New Birth Messiah’s Return” (working title). This particular song was born from a prophetic word I was given which is given below.

“A new sound shall be instrumented into Ireland that comprises of a three stranded chord, a strong braided chord that cannot be broken that is comprised of Altar worship, Irish heart, and Jewish roots.

Three strands, three servant hearts, tribal rhythm and sounds of heaven, Ireland and Israel.  The sound will be pure, holy and dissonant that will gather the saints, will agitate the demons and release Gods Kingdom to advance in the land, this land of Ireland.

A recording for the Nations to unite under one banner of love.  A heavenly sound of reconciliation in the spiritual realm. This sound will break barriers and cause the little ones to come trembling and humble, broken and contrite, to be lifted up under the shadow of His almighty hand

The wave of His Spirit will spread across Ireland through this three stranded chord, this heavenly sound.

Again shall you dance again my favoured land, again shall the priests of heaven be seen to implement my love.  Again shall the prophets of old in the land such as Patrick be vindicated and  honoured through my modern day servants and prophets in this land coming out of Ireland and England and Scotland and Wales.

The time is now to sing again, the time is now to love again.  Again will the Song Of Love go forth, again will the  Song Of Fire go forth.

For the Glory of YHWH, Father God to Your glory.  In the name of Yeshua, Ha Maschiach”.

Hi all, just letting you know the Shabbat worship won’t be taking place tonight as still in transit back from Jerusalem after an amazing time! Shabbat shalom and remember to join the the stream of the Worship Altar tomorrow night 🙂

A New Beginning!

So the start of new journey begins, after many years of preparation I now am embarking on this exciting phase where all that is within me is bursting to come out – yes the music and worship, plus a whole bunch of creativity given to me by the creator God, how wonderful.
What better way to start than to visit the Holy Land of Y’israel (starting on 24th through to 27th of this month), when i have the privilege to worship at Succat Hallel, House of Worship and Prayer in Jerusalem.
I’ll keep you posted:)
